REALDOLL Ordering Process and Timeline

In this guide, we will walk you through the entire shopping process, from browsing our awesome sex doll selection to reviewing your new sex doll. 1.Choose & Customize Your Doll

Find out your love doll and customize it with the options listed when you scroll down on the doll page. We’ve set the default options, but they don’t necessarily match the options in the image. You should double-check the configurations and click “Add to Cart” at the bottom of the options page.

2.Order Confirmation
You will receive an email with all the order details. Please check all details and shipping information. If you would like to modify your order (customized orders only), please contact us within 12 hours.
 
**If you do not receive our order confirmation, please check your spam folder and make sure your mailbox does not block us ([email protected]).

3.Manufacturing Starts

It usually takes 3-5 weeks to make a doll. But depending on the brand and material, it may take less or longer. In some cases, we can expedite production for you as needed. **Production time may be delayed during the holiday (The New Year Holiday, Christmas Day, The National Day, The Chinese Spring Festival, etc).

 

If you choose in-stock dolls, there is no production process because all the dolls are already stored in our warehouse. We will ship the dolls for you within 1-2 business days.

4.Doll is Ready

We will send you the factory photos of the doll taken by the factory by email. Please confirm that all the details look correct. Please keep us informed if there are any discrepancies and we will make changes before the doll is packed or shipped. If you are unable to receive any mail from us, please contact us via Live Chat.

We do not provide factory shipment photos for our in-stock dolls as they are already packaged and stored in our warehouse. Retrieving them for photography purposes can be a complex process and may damage the packaging of the doll. If you would like to see actual photos of the doll, please check out our ready doll image page or request the factory shipment photos for dolls with the same configuration after placing an order.

5.Shipping

We usually ship dolls with Fedex or UPS. You will receive the tracking number within 2-4 days. If you need to delay delivery or pick up at the FedEx/UPS Center, please let us know before shipment so that we can arrange the delivery time or change the shipping address.

The shipping time depends on your location. It will take longer for your package to arrive in Canada, Australia, and the European Union, so please be patient and stay in touch with us.

6.Delivery & Checking

Please keep an eye on the tracking number and wait for it to be delivered to your home.

If the outer box of the package is damaged, please take a video or photos of the shipping label and the outer box before unpacking. A video should also be taken when unpacking to prove that your doll was damaged in transit (in a rare case).

We will offer different options depending on the degree of damage: instruct you to repair, send a replacement, or refund.
